Provide daily/nightly e-mail guidance of designed products to local supplier's development department.

Maintaining ideological design, team management, task delegation.

Negotiation of the prices, price strategy, calculation of the wholesale/retail price level, cofirmation of the final contracts.

Coordinating the work of junior designers and graphic designers to create collections, prints, embroideries, carelabels, main labels, hangtags etc.

Cooperation with pattern room – plotting to patterns, clothing samples fitting comments.

Preparation of the production documentation include all specifications.

Visiting of Asian factories, final checking of the quality of products in factories.

Production of the catalogue, final presentation of our collection, communication with the models, photographers, styling of the products in the models’ bodies in photography studio.

Merchandising process, fashion forecasting, fashion retail management, fashion marketing, fashion styling.
